How do I receive my Rental?

Once the invoice is paid and the contract is signed, we will ship the dress or schedule a pick-up for intended dates for your rental.

1. Pick up. If you are local to NYC, you can able to pick up your costume with no shipping cost attached. Contact Zuri via the website at https://www.cocoabelly.com/contact  to coordinate.
2. Shipping. Cocoabelly Costumes will ship the item to you. We highly suggest you place an order in advance and schedule arrival 2-3 days before the event. On the last day of the rental term, simply mail the garment back. Gown return expense is the responsibility of the renter and it is mandatory to have tracking.
